WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
Please allow 14-28 days for delivery due to high demand with free shipping on all orders.
During any holiday season, delivery time might take 21-35 days, more longer than standard delivery time due to strict customs inspection because of high volume. Please take noted.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.
CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
All our order come with USPS or Fedex tracking number. Please allow 5-10 days after receive the tracking number for the tracking information to be available.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. You can also contact our support team and they will be able to assist you further.
I HAVE TRACKING NUMBER BUT WHY WHEN I CHECK BUT NO INFORMATION?
Tracking information is only available when the product arrive destination country. No tracking information for product ship from origin country. Please allow 5-10 days after you receive the tracking number for the tracking information available.
If you receive the tracking number but after 5-10 days you still not seeing the tracking information. Please Contact Us and we will help you out.
WHAT HAPPEN IF I NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE WITHIN THE DELIVERY TIME?
We will refund you the money if you not receive your item but you need to wait within our standard delivery time include during any holiday season, due to strict customs inspection (we have no control or can't do anything if delay on customs inspection due to high volume and they usually inspect item more strictly), so the delivery time might take more longer than standard delivery time.
Please understand our standard delivery time policies before you place an order because after you place an order, you agree and understand our standard delivery time policies and there will no refund within the standard delivery time include during any holiday season might take more longer than standard delivery time.
If you not receive your package after standard delivery time include extra delivery time during holiday season. Contact Us with your name, email and order number.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of date of delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. If the item purchased is not as described or defective, we will send another unit or refund the customer. Please Contact Us with photos and details of the product and the defect. The customer is responsible for the shipping on returned goods and all the item returned should be come with original box or accessories.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (less 20% unless defective or not as described) using the original method of payment.
I MAKE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER OR ENTER WRONG ADDRESS?
We will definitely try to fix it but you need to Contact Us us as soon as possible within 12-24 hours, if you not receive the order confirmation email even checking your SPAM folder after you make the payment, then please contact us.
We process your order within 24-48 hour after we get the information from you, but if you let us know early, we may be able to change your order or your address. If your item has been shipped out, then we can't do anything about your order and no refund for your mistake even tracking number from USPS or Fedex show they will send it back to us but we will not take it back from customs because we need to pay high tax and this will cause us losing money. So it's customer responsible to make sure their shipping address is correct before they make the payment.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?Often, when you order multiple items different warehouses we are being utilized. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you :-)
